Our Story

"The Paparazzi Restaurant, formerly known as Quattro Pazzi Cafe, offers fine Italian/Mediterranean cuisine. This tasty and clean concept was designed by acclaimed Chef Biagio "Gino" Riccio. Chef Riccio introduced his fresh, seasonal, and vibrant Italian food in 1997 at a casual eatery in Stamford, Connecticut. His reputation and knowledge in the restaurant industry have made him a great teacher; who has taught the art of cooking fresh and vibrant Italian food to his best line cooks, helping them to master the dishes he has designed. Chef Jorge Ceron learned from Chef Riccio at one of his most recognized restaurants, "Quattro Pazzi." Ceron started working for him in 1997 at the young age of 20 years old. Now, Chef Jorge Ceron will be in charge of Paparazzi Restaurant, maintaining the quality and commitment to delivering delicious Italian food to our valued customers."
